Key Personnel

Mr. Stephen D’Alessandro holds the position of Chairman and Executive Director for Integradvisory Ltd. Stephen is responsible for strategic business development and corporate governance of the company. Stephen brings to the company extensive experience acquired over the past twentyfive years in management consulting. He provides business development expertise to several local and international clients. He has experience in business development of various service sectors in diverse countries including Austria, Croatia, Egypt, Italy, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and the UK. He serves as a Director on various companies with operations primarily in the EU. Stephen has retained his tenure since 1999 as a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the Maastricht School of Management lecturing on the international MBA and Executive MBA programmes run in more that twenty five countries.

Mr. Alistair Muscat currently acts as Managing Director and Senior Independent Wealth Manager to Integradvisory Ltd. Alistair brings to the company a wealth of experience both in the banking and investment world. Following a 10 year period employed by Mid-Med Bank and HSBC between 1991 and 2001 (including a three year stint as International Private Banking Manager for Italy and North Africa), Alistair joined Michael N Trading Co Ltd. The latter company was one of the first Commodity Trading Advisors registered and regulated by the MFSA and Alistair contributed to the initial set-up and growth of the company acting as Finance Director, Compliance Officer and Marketing Manager. He also supervised the trading desk. Alistair moved to HSBC International Financial Advisors (Malta) Ltd in 2005 as Senior Independent Wealth Manager servicing the bank’s clients in Greece, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Poland. He was appointed as the European division team leader in 2007 acting as deputy to the managing director. Alistair has been a regulated person with the MFSA since 2000 and is also a member of the National Futures Association in the US and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and the International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute in the UK.

Dr. Robert D'Alessandro – Senior Legal and Tax Advisor

Dr. Robert D'Alessandro speaks Maltese, English, Italian and French focusing mainly on European transaction. After specializing in international law in Malta and Oxford, he trained with a leading London law firm, in London and Amsterdam and also worked as a lawyer in Budapest on privatizations and acquisitions of hotels. Primarily engaged in corporate finance and structuring of investment funds Rob brings a comparative law approach to understanding client objectives and designing a solution, which incorporates the legal tax and the practical elements of implementation. Heading a multidisciplinary team tailoring solutions to individual client entrepreneurship, Rob’s sense of trusteeship oversight and responsibility secures a strong risk management and due diligence culture and detail geared towards long term strategic objectives. His credentials include 15 years of structuring multi-jurisdictional joint ventures and transactions, and a recent appointment to the executive committee of Geneva Group International; the worlds largest organization of independent law accounting and consulting firms where he is responsible for network business development and the GGI Charitable Trust project. Rob is a founding member of the private equity platform: Credal network and is also a member of STEP, Rotary, AMCHAM and the Royal Malta Yacht Club.

Frédéric Villa is a Swiss and Italian national and brings to Integradvisory extensive expertise from the Private Banking/Wealth management and investment services sectors.
Prior to joining Integradvisory Frédéric was one of the founding members of Mediterranean Bank Plc, Malta. In 2005, he moved to Malta from Switzerland to set up the bank, obtained the Banking and Investment Services Category 2 and 4 licenses and managed the bank as CEO until September 2009. His position with Mediterranean Bank Plc also included acting as Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Head of Wealth Management, Head of Markets and Investments and Risk Management Officer. Prior to Mediterranean Bank, Frederic worked with prime banking institutions in Switzerland in the private banking sector. In 1996, he joined Banca Commerciale Italiana (Suisse) in Zurich (CH) and then moved to Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) in Lugano (CH) in 1998, which later became UBS. Frederic was responsible for a group of private bankers and developed part of the Italian market. Frédéric is also the founder and present owner of FV Global Advisory Ltd, a Malta based consultancy firm offering global advisory related to the financial services sector in Malta and worldwide.

Frederic holds an honours degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the University of Lausanne (HEC) and the University of St. Gallen (HSG), both in Switzerland. He is also a member of Rotary Club La Valette Malta (RCLVM) and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP).

Dr. Chantal Ganado – Compliance Officer

Dr. Chantal Ganado operates as Chief Compliance Officer to Integradvisory Ltd. Chantal graduated as Doctors of Laws at the University of Malta after submitting her thesis relating to the concept of Permanent Establishment as defined by the European Court of Justice. In 2005, Chantal was awarded an LL.M from the College of Europe (Bruges) after successfully completing a one year program specialising in European Law. Throughout her practice, Chantal has focused on corporate matters with a particular emphasis on company compliance and due diligence obligations for the purposes of anti-money laundering. Chantal also holds a certificate in Trust Law & Administration.

Dr Roberto Coviello – Discretionary Portfolio Manager

Roberto is an Italian national born in Potenza and speaks fluent English. Following the completion of his Doctorate in Economics in 2005 (specialising in derivative instruments, financial statistics, money management and portfolio theory) he joined Mediolanum Bank. His role as trader and financial advisor helped him gain the necessary experience in discretionary management which he then extended in 2008 when he decided to operate an as independent trader to a selected group of high net worth individuals. During this period Roberto completed a Masters degree in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management. Roberto joins Integradvisory as Discretionary Portfolio Manager responsible for the discretionary investments operated by the company. This new service will compliment the advisory service and will offer clients the possibility to place funds in the potentially higher risk, higher return segment.

Ms. Debbie Bezzina - Investment Administration Executive

Ms. Debbie Bezzina acts as Investment Administration Executive responsible for the overall office administration and investment analysis and technical research. Debbie holds a B.Com (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta. Her studies focused on research analysis on the stock market. Debbie participated in the Erasmus Intensive Programme: Investment Funds in Europe for two consecutive years, and was awarded the best paper presentation in the Liechtenstein program.
